Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup blueberries, washed and dried
  • ½ cup raspberries or cherries (optional)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Shortbread cookies or graham crackers
  • Almonds or pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)
  • White chocolate chips or curls (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dip (10 minutes): In a mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces softened cream cheese and ½ cup Greek yogurt.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon lemon zest, and ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
  3. Beat with a handheld mixer or whisk until smooth and creamy. Adjust honey or lemon zest to taste.
  4. Prep the Berries (5-7 minutes): Rinse 1 cup strawberries, hull and halve them.
  5. Rinse 1 cup blueberries and pat dry.
  6. Optional: Rinse ½ cup raspberries or cherries and remove stems if needed.
  7. Arrange the Board (5-10 minutes): Place the dip in a small bowl near the center or corner of the board.
  8. Fan out strawberries in one area, scatter blueberries nearby, and add raspberries or cherries in a separate cluster.
  9. Fill gaps with shortbread cookies or graham crackers, breaking some into smaller pieces.
  10. Sprinkle chopped almonds or pistachios around the board and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  11. If using, add white chocolate chips or curls for a festive finish.
  12. Final Touch and Serve: Refrigerate the board for 10 minutes if you want the dip chilled, or serve immediately.
  13. Encourage guests to dip, nibble, and mix flavors as they like.

Notes

Soften cream cheese to room temperature before mixing to avoid lumps. Dry berries thoroughly after washing to prevent sogginess. Assemble board just before serving to keep berries fresh and cookies crisp. Dip can be made a day ahead and refrigerated. Substitute coconut yogurt and dairy-free cream cheese for a dairy-free version. Use gluten-free cookies for gluten-free option.
