A quick and easy no-bake treat combining white chocolate, crunchy pretzels, and chewy candy corn. Perfect for Halloween parties, fall gatherings, and holiday gifting.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate chips (Ghirardelli or Guittard recommended)
  • 1 cup (about 100g) mini pretzel twists or pretzel sticks, roughly crushed
  • 1 cup (about 200g) candy corn (Brach’s recommended)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)
  • Flaky sea salt (optional, for topping)
  • Orange and brown sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a half-sheet pan (13×18 inches) with parchment paper, letting it extend over the edges for easy removal.
  2. Place pretzels in a ziploc bag and crush into pea-sized pieces using a rolling pin. Set aside.
  3. Pour white chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring thoroughly after each, until about 75% melted. Stir until smooth. If using, stir in coconut oil.
  4. Pour melted white chocolate onto the prepared pan and spread into an even 1/4-inch thick rectangle using a silicone spatula.
  5. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle crushed pretzels evenly over the surface, pressing gently. Scatter candy corn on top, placing some flat and some upright for variety. Add flaky sea salt or sprinkles if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until completely firm (or freeze for 8-10 minutes).
  7. Lift parchment from pan and break bark into irregular pieces with your hands. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days, or refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Don’t overheat white chocolate; melt in short bursts. Use room temperature candy corn to prevent chocolate from seizing. For best texture, let bark sit at room temperature 10 minutes before serving. Flavors improve after a day or two.
