A quick and easy cocktail combining blanco tequila, tart apple cider, fresh lime juice, and salted caramel syrup for a sweet, savory, and comforting autumn drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Blanco Tequila (100% agave)
  • 3 oz Apple Cider (fresh-pressed or clear store-bought)
  • 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 oz Salted Caramel Syrup
  • 1 cup Ice (large cubes preferred)
  • 1 pinch Flaky Sea Salt (for rimming)
  • 1 Apple Slice or Cinnamon Stick (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass by running a lime wedge around the rim and dipping it into flaky sea salt to coat. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, fresh lime juice, apple cider, and salted caramel syrup.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice, ensuring it is about halfway full.
  4. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds until the shaker feels very cold to the touch.
  5. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.
  6. Garnish with a thin apple slice or a cinnamon stick and serve immediately.

Notes

Ensure ingredients are cold before shaking to prevent over-dilution. Adjust sweetness based on the tartness of your apple cider. For a party, mix ingredients without ice in a pitcher and chill; shake individually for serving.
