A vibrant and refreshing smoothie bowl featuring strawberries and dragonfruit, perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack. This recipe is quick, easy, and packed with nutrients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (150g) frozen strawberries
  • ½ cup (75g) fresh or frozen dragonfruit
  • 1 medium banana, peeled
  • ¾ cup (180ml) full-fat canned coconut milk
  • ¼ cup (60g) Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Toppings: fresh sliced strawberries, dragonfruit cubes or balls, granola, toasted coconut flakes, fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: peel and chunk the banana, peel and cube fresh dragonfruit if using, measure frozen strawberries and coconut milk.
  2. Add frozen strawberries, dragonfruit, banana, coconut milk, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and lime juice to a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add a splash more coconut milk if mixture is too thick.
  4. Check texture; pulse a few seconds if needed to remove chunks.
  5. Pour smoothie mixture into a serving bowl and smooth the top with a spoon or spatula.
  6. Arrange toppings: fresh strawberry slices, dragonfruit chunks, granola, toasted coconut flakes, and mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

Notes

Use frozen fruit to achieve a thick, spoonable texture without watering down the flavor. Freeze banana chunks for a colder bowl. Avoid overblending to maintain creamy texture. Store smoothie base and toppings separately if making ahead.
